What is your 'Frozen Delivery Guarantee'?
We guarantee that your ice cream will arrive frozen. If your order arrives melted, please take a photo and contact our customer service team immediately for a replacement or refund.

How should I handle the dry ice in my package?
Always handle dry ice with gloves or a towel, as it can cause skin damage. Leave it in the insulated box in a well-ventilated area to sublimate (evaporate) naturally.
