Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns; however, we offer a Frozen Delivery Guarantee to ensure your ice cream arrives in perfect condition. If your order is damaged or melted upon arrival, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or refund.
Inspect Your Delivery
Check your package immediately upon arrival to ensure all pints are frozen and the dry ice has performed its job.
Document Issues
If your ice cream arrives melted or damaged, take clear photos of the product and the shipping box within 24 hours of delivery.

Resolution Process
